Had a really lovely lunch at 100% Pasta in Oxford. We were a group of six and ordered a few different dishes, including the Tagliatelle Pescatora, Rigatoni Pesto Basilico and Mezzi Paccheri Carbonara. The pasta tasted fresh and you can really tell it is made properly. One of the dishes was a little too salty for our taste, but when we mentioned it, the team handled it so well. They listened carefully, took it seriously, and explained that the saltiness was likely coming from the sausage. They then kindly made us another pasta dish instead, which we really appreciated. Found out about this place via FirstTable app and it did not disappoint! I was very pleased by the portions and service. The pasta is handmade, and cooked in a delicious, glossy sauce that I couldn’t get enough of. My partner and I were tempted to lick our bowls! (Jk) 😋 You can even see them making their raviolis Had a bit of an issue with my pasta in terms of how it was cooked which was not a big deal and the staff was so accommodating and sweet. I don’t know where to begin! From the moment you walk in, you know you are somewhere special. The staff are extremely friendly, kind and quick to serve. The food is absolutely made with love, you can tell they take pride in what they produce. Our server, Tatiana was so helpful. The owner came out and spoke to us and told us how they make the pastas and what goes into making their bruschetta. Everything was delicious! I can definitely see why they are rated so highly.
