recently visited Cafe Nero for a coffee and ordered a large latte and a raspberry croissant. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The barista initially made a small latte instead of a large one. When I pointed out the mistake, he poured the small latte into a larger cup, added some steamed milk, and handed it back to me—all right in front of me. It felt lazy and unprofessional. Used to come here often and always liked the staff/vibe. Came in with two friends yesterday for a catch up.
