Hi, HAD TO DELETE THE PREVIOUS GOOD REVIEW TO POST THIS ONE. Now I'm a regular customer and this has happened third time now. Once with home delivery and 2 times at dine in. Chunks of the outer shell of the Egg is in the omelette itself. And it was a plain omelette. What an absolute joke of a brand. And there has never been a paper receipt coming out of the kiosks, terrible. You need to improve the quality and temperature of those lattice fries. As a Canadian, I always like to check in on Tim Hortons worldwide and see how they do it. I would say that this Tim Hortons is better than the ones back home. They had a great variety of food and drinks, which tasted quite good. Staff is also quite friendly and kind. Everything looked super clean and service was quick. Definitely recommend, particularly as a pitstop before a longer trip!

I was a bit disappointed with my recent order. The hash brown was overcooked and quite burnt on one side, which made 80% of it inedible. The piece of bacon I received was also unusual in shape and texture, not what I’d normally expect (this hasn't been chewed) and my selection of timbits isnt very varied. I usually enjoy Tim Hortons breakfast items, but this one felt below their usual standard. Hopefully it was just a one-off.

First time I’ve tried and will be the last. Struggled to find a clean table and these hadn’t been cleaned in hours as spilt coffee had dried in, moved the table closer to my daughter and the sides were all sticky. The girl front of house said absolutely nothing to me or any other customers and never smiled once - a woman asked for milk not a word, a girl said her dip was missing and not a word, I get we all hate our jobs sometimes but it was just down right rude the way she carried on.
