Waited 20 mins for someone to take idea in drive thru, assumed they didn’t have drive thru open. To walk into store, see them serving through the drive thru just fine. To then wait a further 10 mins for someone on till to actually take our order. And just left our drinks on the side without even saying anything. To have my partner be ignored when asking for a straw. Ridiculous level of service and the staff looked miserable

We stopped off at you Deeside Dobsill Costa and asked for 3x hot chocolates! 2 of which were lukewarm, took them back and the young colleague asked had we asked for extra hot chocolate??? No we didnt, we just asked for hot chocolate???? What the???? and we have never had to ask for extra hot choc before? An hot choc is an hot choc!

Myself and my mum came to Costa (Wednesday 14th January 2026 @ around 10:20am and was served by a lovely person named Koby, It was very refreshing to have someone so friendly, bubbly and nice before our upcoming stressful day ahead, thank you Koby. ☺️

Really poor service. Why offer a click and collected if you dont even do the service. 20 mins and needed to go in to collect them Then got blamed for not coming in earlier!
