A review for Marks & Spencer, their food court within the main store. The store itself is on two levels and you can access the upper level with the elevators/lift or stairs. On the first floor is the men's department, baby and children's department, lingerie and nightwear department, home department, beauty products, cafe, toilets etc. The ground floor holds the women's department and food court. The food court has a good variety of foods and drinks to choose from. Also a section for cards, gift bags, magazines etc. They are self service checkouts and usually one or two manned checkouts availa

Currency exchange. Terrible customer service. If you click and collect and dont have the physical id they will CHARGE you £10 to cancel the order. However if while there you just want to buy currency.......no id required.... wow £10 gifted for nothing.... awful money grabbing company. I will be telling others about my experience. Called customer service and they dont care. Will no longer shop or buy currency here. Tesco...so much better

Visited the M&S Clothing store in Perth and felt uncomfortable during our shopping experience. A staff member named Lynn repeatedly walked around and closely watched us while we were choosing clothes, making us feel as though we were being treated with suspicion. It made the experience unpleasant and unwelcoming.
