Food: The starter bread was really good and so was my drink but the haggis was fine but I think I could have had a better starter. On the other hand, my friends cauliflower starter was really good. The fish was a bit tough in some of the thicker areas but generally the dish was super well balanced and my friends chicken dish was also sound. Both desserts were also good. One huge plus for the food 'I didn't like a vegetable that was paired with the fish and they were super super accommodating. Delicious meal in Perth, very high-quality food in a cozy, quiet setting with friendly staff. My mum who is hard to please is still talking about the venison. Highly recommend for a quality meal in Perth, easy walking distance from accommodation in central Perth and also right by the art gallery. Reservations seem like a good idea as it’s a cozy place and the only time slot available on our short notice was quite late in the evening. Delicious!

I ordered the Black Isle Ribeye Steak and also tried the beef cheek special with parsnips and kale. Everything was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The waitress assisted me in choosing a mead and I had to order a second glass because it was delicious! I think it was the spruce. Would absolutely recommend this lovely restaurant!

I've been wanting to visit here first some time and it didn't disappoint. This restaurant is located centrally in Perth. We enjoyed the lunch time set menu, which seems good value. Food was excellent and well presented. There is a good range of wines and spirits along with some cocktails. Staff were professional and attentative.
