Visited 2020 World Buffet in Peterborough recently and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The freshly cooked grill section was a real highlight—lamb chops, beef steaks, and chicken cooked right in front of us, all perfectly done. There’s a great mix of cuisines: Italian (pizza wasn't great tasted frozen but still nice, though no pasta options), Chinese, Indian, and even curried goat, which my dad loved. The food was alright, some of it was a hit or miss for example the chicken wings had no taste at all, and then the spring roles were alright, desert is pretty minimal again hit or miss with that aswell and for the price point it was definitely lacking

Came here for our tea when having a day out in Peterborough, seemed to have good reviews online so went from them and we are glad we did. Food was cooked fresh while we were there as you can see them making most of it, I do like that way of it being cooked. This is for both mains and the desserts, the waffles are made fresh when you’re ready to have them by a chef. The staff are all super helpful and always collect the plates when we were finished, there was no wait for a table because there’s so much seating area in here. The food is good, there's a wide range of dishes to choose from and the servers are so friendly, constantly moving around clearing up the empty plates. However, the thing that somewhat ruined my experience was finding out that I'd unknowingly been charged a service fee. Upon checking the receipt when I got home, I noticed a £2.99 "service fee". At the bottom of the receipt, it said "the service fee is optional", but at no point was I ever made aware that it was being added to my total.
