This is the best place in Peterborough! I have spent 2 birthday celebrations here. The cakes and desserts are wonderful. The atmosphere is just perfect, with comfortable seats, cooling environment, just the best place to chill at! Most importantly, the staffs are warm and welcoming! We were served by Salman and his hospitality was just marvellous! Will definitely return again!

updated Review based on the contract with the Store manager today who reached out to me and listen and taken on board . The store manager made things really better done investigation and even called me back and to explained and welcomed me by in the store this evening . up on meeting him he was very supportive giving me experience i sure of got on experience and even made sure i didn't need to pay the bill when i offered. service 100 better and i made sure the review reflected the bad experience. Haven’t been to heavenly desserts in a while and met a lovely new girl today. The member of staff, Ayesha, served me today and I just want to say her customer service went above and beyond expectations. She was so sweet and made my visit feel special. Lovely to talk to, listened to me carefully and the interaction was amazing. It really makes a visit much more enjoyable when staff seem like they love to engage with customers and see them as people. I wish Ayesha the very best, excellent job!
