“Great coffee, and staff, but very loud cafe”

The staff are lovely and I enjoy the almond croissants when I do buy them. However recently none of the staff are filling the cups fully, if I'm paying over £5 for a coffee I expect it to be full and not mostly foam and the actual drink start halfway down the cup.

I ordered a vanilla iced latte, and it was absolutely perfect. Jamie was super friendly and made the whole experience even better with great service. His supervisor Kian on the other hand seemed to speak down to him and looked miserable in his job.

Girl with ginger hair was very rude, no smile, no customer service or manners at all. Very disappointing of Starbucks to hire staff that treat customers like this.
