I was very disappointed with my experience. The older woman working there was extremely rude and blunt throughout our visit. If you’re working in a customer-facing role, basic manners and customer service are essential. Our food order was wrong as the onions we requested were forgotten. Mistakes happen, but there was no apology whatsoever. Instead, when we politely mentioned it, it felt like it became an issue. We could even overhear the kitchen staff and a younger waitress about the situation simply because we asked for the onions that should have been on our order it’s not hard no need for

This is a magnificent little gem of a cafe. The coffee is outstanding and the fresh fruit and plain scones are the best we've had in decade's. The staff are attentive and give great service. We visited on a very wet and windy day with very few people about but the café was still open. Excellent hot chocolate and a good range of cakes - can recommend the Dorset Apple cake. Staff friendly and polite. Small amount of seating inside. I believe it gets very busy when the sun is out and the park is full of people. Would certainly visit again. Dog friendly as well.

Fantastic little park cafe. The staff are friendly, the food was good and the cafe itself is lovely. Situated at Hamworthy Park, it's a lovely location. Perfect if you're out with the kids and looking for a snack, a small lunch, an ice cream, coffee or refreshment. Very well priced too. Dog friendly with seating inside or out. Highly recommend for a day out with the family or a dog walk.
