A compact M&S with clothing, a café and a modest-sized food hall. Whilst nothing like a full-sized store you are likely to find your edible M&S food favourites and a reasonable choice in their main stream clothing range. It is situated in a shopping centre with a good range of other populat stores, rather than lots of empty retail spaces. This is evidenced by bait parking a peak shopping times lime Saturday afternoon and the weeks before Christmas.

BEWARE: Watch the dates on the food!!! Disappointing, poorly managed, with no idea of customer service, this is a smallish Marks, with a limited range of clothes and food. Today I was stopped and had my trolley checked to see whether I had stolen steaks, because the person in front of me set the alarm off. That person didn't stop. Maybe they have the steaks!! The member of staff checking my trolley was not pleasant. It left a very bad taste. The entry display is usually dreary, and soon narrows into a bit of a muddle. Top marks to claire and nick in cafe in port glasgow. Ordered an oat caramel latte and nick asked all the right questions then Claire gave the machine an really good clean etc. Some places you go with an intolerance you don't get the service but well done guys. It's very much appreciated xx

A big shout out to the staff in this store. They go out their way for you. Especially Lesley Ann. She put me onto a dry cleaning business. I highly recommend this store as the staff are 10/10.
