I visited the Prescott McDonald’s on 2nd January 2026 with my family and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The restaurant was very dirty – the floor had visible food scraps, spills and rubbish everywhere. Not a single table was clean; every one had leftover trays, wrappers or sticky spills, so we had to clean our table ourselves. All the bins were completely full and overflowing, so we had no choice but to pile our rubbish and trays on the seat next to us just to eat. Mac donald services are getting rubbish day by day, i have ordered 1 share box cheese 1 cheeseburger and 3 dip salsa but i have received only the share box. No burger jo dip. When i tried to call to prescot Mcdonald shop first 2/3 times they received and kept the phone aside no one talking but i could hear the noises of the shop. I also immediately called delivery person that my item has missing now he is also not answering the call. Just don’t order from here - it’s pointless. It doesn’t matter if you drive there or order in, they always miss something or do things in the worse possible way. Asked for this burger with only lettuce and cheese and this is what they send. It has lettuce and cheese on 10% of the burger. The rest is just meat. They always miss the sauces and any promotional items you can just forget about. This place is a waste of time and money.

Absolutely shocking service at Prescot. Always get my order wrong every single time. When you do get the food it is cold. There are a couple of female members of staff at the drive thru who are very rude and have an attitude with you. Another thing they never ask are you ordering on the app like every other mcdonalds to provide the code. You wait forever at the drive thru speakers while at least 4 other cars get served on the opposite side.
