awful experience in store. came in after our usual costa closed down. we were given a half price voucher to use in this store but was rudely told they weren't accepting them anymore even though no expiry date and it was only 4 weeks old? staff member serving us was pleasant enough but other staff not great. one member more interested in giving out stickers promoting new drinks than actually doing their job. well done costa you have lost 4 loyal customer's we won't be back

Disappointing visit - two members of staff working early Saturday morning. Service really poor - no acknowledgement by staff as I was waiting, they were too busy faffing around, dealing with a single drive through order and making their own drinks. Finally served after 10 minutes, which is pretty lousy. Tables needed clearing and generally the whole store needs a good tidy up and clean. This used to be one of the better Costa's, not sure I would say that now!
