Ordered on deliveroo. One meal missing so I rang the takeaway, they began talking to each other in their own language. Asked for my order number. Then they put the phone down. I rang back numerous times but they didn’t answer. Very poor customer service. However I got my refund back via deliveroo thankfully. Been here many times over the past 5 years, but it’s drastically gone down hill, especially staff attitude towards customers. Won’t be returning after today. Also the garlic bread, is garlic.. slapped onto a slice of bread. It looked vile it went into the bin immediately

Rubbish! Took my order from foodhub and never delivered. Called the takeaway numerous times who said order was on its way. They were lying, food was never sent. Staff spoke very little English. Had to physically go down to the takeaway to ask where the order was, they had not made the food and were about to close. Could see the foodhub receipt on the side which they had put to one side and ignored. Had to demand food to be made or to refund me, they declined both and asked me to leave the takeway.
