Your usual Wetherspoon pub, with the traditional Wetherspoon fayre. Had a traditional breakfast which was nice and a pint of Carling Lager ( less than £9). 11am on a Saturday morning and it was reasonably busy. The pub itself is quite spacious inside and has plenty of outdoor seating as well, toilets upstairs 🚻 . Pleasant staff and Pleasant atmosphere.

No problem to try the popular Assassin ale before I bought in this popular/busy Spoons. I had fish, chips and garden peas with an Oakham Citra can for just over £8, saving over £6 on the promotion deal. Food was very good, with a generous portion of peas, unlike other Spoons. Quick service and great value. Large front garden that might well be a suntrap in the summer months. Worth a look if you're in the vicinity.

The staff at this venue have to be applauded for their customer service. As I sat here, enjoying my breakfast, I noticed customers who were less able to do things for themselves being totally cared for by staff. A refreshing thing to see in this day and age.

My wife and teenage daughters were based in Pudsey for 3 weeks as we were visiting from Australia to see family. We absolutely loved Spoons and the entire staff and community that frequented there. We were “frequent” visitors for meals and quiet late night drinks.The staff are 5 star. Thanks for a wonderful venue.
