I’m giving this place two stars-only for the polite service and nice ambiance. Unfortunately, the food was a major letdown, especially considering how highly rated this restaurant is. Despite the name "Pure Indian," the menu felt more like a Western fine-dining spin on Indian food rather than anything truly authentic. Portions were tiny for the price, and while the dishes were beautifully presented, they lacked the heartiness you'd expect from Indian cuisine. I’d read that the chef trained under a Michelin-starred mentor, which showed in the plating, but not in the overall experience or taste.

Butter chicken was lacking flavour, was too Runny/watery and had 5 pieces of though chicken , the saffron rice was anything except saffron rice no flavour only a rice which probably has been coloured yellow with food colouring ! papadams were charged 0.75, i received broken papadam powders without any sauces and chutney, veg samosa Wasn't good either, potatoes inside were not cooked enough and again no sauces ! Funny enough that normally when you get indian take away many restaurants send papadams for free , these lot charge for each one of them which is fine , then send broken almost powder

I’ll take the liberty of calling this the best restaurant in the area. I’ve been a regular for around eight years now, and whether I’m ordering for delivery or dining in, the experience is always outstanding. The level of service is consistently excellent, but what truly sets this place apart is the food. The quality of the ingredients and the care in execution make every dish feel special, and in my opinion, it’s simply incomparable to anything else nearby.

Perfect restaurant experience! Clean and organised. The staff are extremely knowledgeable on the food and are happy to steer you in the right direction. The menu is extensive and therefore can accommodate most people’s tastes. They have a good wine list at very reasonable prices and offer a wide selection of other drinks too. My weekly curry destination!
