We really enjoyed our visit tonight.We were greeted by Joe and quickly taken to our table.Within a few minutes of sitting down he took our drinks order. He also advised us we could go and get our meals when we were ready. We really liked him and thought he was pro-active.He was not only keeping his new guests happy but clearing plates away too. The carver was very efficient and friendly too. Overall a pleasant experience and would come back .

Occasionally order through delivered, a nice dinner from here just to relax on a Sunday. Ordered the Ultimeat meat carvery, around 20 quid with apps charges. Who ever prepared this dinner this time misread the ticket, to children's portion and dragged the scraps of meat from the tray. Very dissapointed this time. Fingers crossed it improves.

Assistant manager/ Manager went above and beyond. The staff ask as they're seating you if you have any allergies they should be aware of. I have a reaction to do with onions, he came and knelt at out table to which I told him to take a seat. He went through every item on the carvery to see what might contain onion/powder/puree. If there was anything I wanted from the menu he would check also. We found that the glaze on the carvery meats contained onion powder. He went and checked to see which meats were ready without the glaze. Came back to me to tell me, I chose beef and so he got the chef t
