Recently returned to Albion house hotel for a meal after the takeover of new owners. The menu is much better and the food was amazing. It’s a shame it was a little quiet but it’s to be expected in the off season. What made our evening though was Robbie, a new member of staff recently moved from London. He was attentive, made us feel so welcome and very passionate about the restaurant and hotel. So much so, that I left my wife at the bar to stay behind for a few more drinks with Robbie (while he worked). We will definitely be returning and I hope the restaurant will now pick up under new owner

We stayed at onde and unfortunately woke up to find that our car had been involved in a hit-and-run collision overnight while parked outside the hotel. I would like to say that the staff on the day were very kind, concerned and supportive. They made us feel welcome and did their best to help while we were dealing with a very stressful situation, and we were genuinely grateful for that. However, we were advised that the CCTV footage would be checked, and despite multiple follow-up emails and messages over the past 10 days, we have still not received a clear update on whether the footage was

We visited Ramsgate for a little weekend break away from London, and the Albion was the perfect choice for somewhere to stay. It’s cozy, the rooms are lovely and clean and the sea views exquisite. The bed comfortable and linen wonderfully soft, and a bath you could swim laps in. We brought our puppy who was presented with a treat on arrival and had a cozy dog bed and clean bowl ready in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, Dasha, Lilly and Andre made us feel endlessly welcome and cared for, can’t wait to visit again. It’ll certainly be our number one choice for somewhere to stay in t
