As a frequent visitor to both cafes it frustrates me that the coffee here is consistently much poorer than in the sister Costa cafe less than a quarter of a mile anyway. It’s bitter and harsh across a wide range of various drinks. That’s a shame because the ambience and location of this branch is very good. In truth, the quality of the average drink has declined since ex manager Jordan left quite some time ago now. It’s high time head office looked into exactly what is going wrong.

Not too bad, could do with more staff as there were only two members working with one making drinks and one serving. I was waiting five minutes to be served, the drink wasn’t hot enough either. Waiting five minutes for something broadly speaking isn’t bad, however, I find waiting five minutes to be served in a coffee shop to be a long time. Yet, the atmosphere was good and there is seating outside which is a bonus too.
