I’m not one to post negative reviews but today’s visit in Rayleigh costa was disappointing. I was the first in the queue… people ahead of me were just waiting for their drinks. I waited 10 minutes to be served! Standing there to not even me acknowledged by staff was disappointing. There was a que of 10 customers behind me with 2 people behind the counter. They kept walking off to get ice or do something else aside from serve customers. Honestly one of the worst costas I have ever visited. The dirtiest shop, the most careless staff, the most tasteless coffee. The owner guy seem to no care, has attitude and not willing to ever help his team. Not worth my £, the one in Hadleigh is great for the value.

The girl working there is rude. If you’re going to have an attitude then please, at least make the drinks that were ordered correctly. When you get both of the drinks that I ordered wrong and I tell you, don’t look at me like I’m the most inconsiderate person in the world. Furthermore, if I say “thank you” and you didn’t hear me, you don’t need to passively aggressively raise your voice at me and say “you’re welcome”, that’s rude.

Just spent approx 5 minutes waiting to be served. Two staff members working in the same order for the guy in front of me. No eye contact, no ‘won’t be a moment’ to acknowledge there is now a queue of 5 customers. They finished the man’s order and he leaves. Still no eye contact or recognition. Starts working on the App order that just printed. Poor service to ignore customers. We left and went to a lovely independent coffee shop Wilma’s where the service was lovely and the coffee great
