I visited this Caffè Nero branch by chance and ended up having a much better experience than I expected. The café is spacious, bright, and very clean, which gives a great first impression as soon as you walk in. There were two staff members working; one was a regular barista and the other was a trainee. Despite that, both of them were exceptionally polite, professional, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. I ordered a single espresso, and it was excellent — rich aroma, great balance, and perfectly extracted. For a completely unplanned visit, it turned out

I dropped in here for a mid-afternoon snack after coming into town for some shopping. Like all branches of Caffé Nero I have visited, the food and drink was esculent, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was brilliant. I would definitely come here again and recommend this place to others.

Customer service here is extremely poor. The lady at the till with glasses and black hair (her name is JADID) was very rude to me, I asked for a new drink as my first coffee tasted sour and she accused me of lying as I drank some of the drink already. She shouted at me in front of everyone which is extremely rude and impolite. She even initially refused to replace my drink. Poor coffee and poor customer service.
