Adam from the Menswear dept in Reading Broad St. is an absolute star, an amazing professional with great knowledge. My teenage son needed a suit for a sports occasion and we had literally 1 day to find a suitable attire. We would have not been able to get this without Adam's help. Marks and Spencer on Broad Street is one of the larger chain stores. Normal format womenswear and food downstairs with menswear and furnishings upstairs. This store has recently revamped a bit and the lower and upper floors are less densely packed with products. Somehow feels emptier. The menswear is pretty good though. Good shirts, good suits, good jackets. And pretty decent knitwear, come on us older guys have to have a bit of knitwear every now and again. She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to offer thoughtful advice when I was unsure, which I really appreciated. The level of customer service was excellent from start to finish.
