We enjoyed going to the cinema at the Biscuit factory. So much better to going to a bigger chain cinema. Its definitely feels like a more immersive experience. We went when there was only two other people in the cinema, which made us feel more relaxed. We got a little lost when we first came in but eventually found it. The staff were lovely.

nice place to have a drink or and popcorn maybe biscuits snacks watch a movie have coffee and more, I felt relaxed secured and wanted to stay more. Chai latte small for 3.25 is a bit expensive, but it was worth it 😁

The place is open but it’s not quite there. I got my decaf coffee that was great taste. Definitely will try again on next visit. The decor is contemporary and ambience reasonably ok but the whole place lacks the charisma of hustle bustle. There are three cinema screens on the first floor and a bar. There are a few kiosks boarded up and hopefully will be occupied in future with more goodies to buy. The staffs are quite helpful and try to answer queries to the best of their knowledge. Hopefully it’ll improve with time but was only about 5% full one evening in late August.

Great place to work in an open plan environment. The cinema experience is intimate and a clean, well catered experience for an alternative to Readings main cinema (screen 2) Surround sound is fantastic, however the vocals seem slightly muffled on comparison to other cinema chains
