Really positive experience with Saffron Alley I recently ordered a 2kg sirloin steak. Delivery was on time and everything was well packaged. I did notice a small issue with the vacuum seal when I first opened it, so I reached out to their customer service team. They responded quickly, handled the situation professionally, and offered a gift card as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated. Ordered xmas dinner for my family. On arrival it was already showing discolouration. It arrived on the 23rd. It was for Christmas dinner. I stored it in the fridge, this is what it looked liked Christmas day. It absolutely has ruined my family Christmas. £70 for this awful smelling turkey. First time in my 40’ years of life my family and I couldn’t eat xmas dinner together.
