Awful. Terrible and rude service. I took my team here for lunch and they probably think I don't like them now. The lad behind the bar was sarcastic unhelpful got my order wrong and to top it off dropped mayonnaise all over me and my clothes. I asked if I could have the pint of my deal as 2 halves plus a water for my friend's deal. He told me it would be an extra £1 if I want 2 halves. So I took the pint plus a further 2 half pint glasses. Food was cold. The only good thing was their sea salt chips. Everyone was disappointed. We had no forks just knives. No serviettes but I had the blue roll

This has to be the worst Greene King pub I have ever visited. The staff are rude and the food is of very poor quality. We were sat near a tv and one of the staff came and turned the volume up to full because there was a football match on even though I told him it was not acceptable he ignored me. When our food arrived one meal was completely wrong all together and the other had items that had obviously been reheated from earlier. As we did not want to stay in such an establishment any longer than we needed to we did not complain to the staff about the meals but left as quickly as we possib

Very nice environment and good food quality. All the staff are very nice and helpful. We went with a group of 14 people last night. The food had been served very quickly and all served in the very hot plates. The price is very attractive ~ £15.49 for 2 mains. We definitely will come again. One more appreciated thing was that my friend had left the iPhone in the restaurant, the staff kept it nicely in the cashier and had been waiting for my friend to go back for collection. I went to the Whitehorse on Wednesday, 6th of May with my family and I must say I was very impressed with the standards of service and food that they provide here we She shared some of the small plates on offer and they were delicious, especially The crispy squid clearly cooked fresh to order.
