The place looked clean and tidy even though super busy on a Friday early evening. We didnt get to try the carvery and later saw people had been queuing for well over 30 minutes. We tried the Toby tasters. Potatoes weren't cooked all the way through, chicken pieces rock hard but we had nice big slices of garlic ciabatta. Unfortunately, my daughter and myself had bad results from these dishes. Maybe try the carvery (?) Staff all friendly. Toilets upstairs. Don't forget to enter your car registration on the tablet by entrance.

I visited Toby Carvery Caversham Bridge and had a very pleasant experience overall. We were a party of 8 booked in on Sunday. When we arrived I was greeted by Liz, she greeted us with a big smile. Our table was just being cleaned so she showed us to the bar and explained that, we ordered some drinks and within 3 minutes our table was ready! It was very busy but the staff didn’t look flustered. We joined the queue for the carvery, the food was lovely with plenty of choice. We had to get off quite quickly so once we had finished I went to sort the bill. I found another member of staff, Courtney and asked her for the bill. She organised it for me straight away, she was efficient
