Actually had the best experience tonight, really wasn't expecting much, food was sublime, wait times non existent, the service though. Just oh my gosh, our greeter was super chill, our server Chelsea was really herself and made us feel very comfortable and cared for and then for pudding, I had literally the best conversation with a lovely young chap called Evan, who put alot of care and attention into making our 🥹dinner a truly memorable experience, what a credit to wagamama, great salesman too we were just about to order his reccomended pudding when we realised we had to dash for the footbal

After months walking past I finally decided to find out why this busy place was so popular. I don't often risk disappointment in chain restaurents that I don't know... I ordered chicken + prawn & yasai yaki soba. Can you spot any chicken and prawns in the photo? To be fair, the manager immediately acknowledged the issue and brought me a modest plate of the promised protein, which I stirred in to my now lukewarm noodles.
