I absolutely love this Starbucks. I visit a range of Starbucks and this one is my favourite due to the staff. They go above and beyond to help. I’d like to mention Matty and Owain as their customer service is excellent. You are met with a cheery smile and little touches that make me smile, for example a handwritten message written on your drink. They really make this place a pleasure to visit. Thank you!

I like this Starbucks and it would have scored higher on atmosphere except that it is very loud and it echoes badly. The chairs seem to have been purchased to make moving them as loud as possible as when you do they make a most disagreeable scrape and scratch sound. They are also quite heavy to lift and place Otherwise love it especially the cheese and marmite ciabatta delicious.

I had a delicious latte here yesterday, far exceeding my expectations. But the pistachio pastry was virtually inedible. The filling was oversweet and the bready type pastry was dry. The staff were really lovely. Another issue and that probably had something to do that there was only male staff there at the time of my visit and that 2 of the 3 ladies toilets had no toilet paper.

Was alittle confused when trying to find a services and stumbled upon this Starbucks. Only to assume this was the services that was sign posted, as we couldnt see anything else that resembles a services? It was a really nice and clean Starbucks and the staff were so lovely and very helpful. However, the hot chocolate itself was not that great for me. I usually prefer a hot chocolate from Starbucks but I don't go to them regularly enough. I feel its changed slightly? Regardless of this. Its a nice pit stop with a few other useful places around the area.
