Went here for my birthday and it was amazing. Didn't start out the best because the app was stupid it ate my birthday discount code from the stonehouse rewards without giving me the discount saying it wasn't valid and disappearing off my rewards despite me literally just copy and pasting and it said it was valid until march; but the staff were gracious about it and honoured the discount at the tills instead. The wide range of alcohol, soft and hot drinks is impressive along with the welcoming environment set by the kind, warm hearted staff. Never ever had an unpleasant experience in this immaculate establishment. The meats on offer in the carvery not only smell amazing, but are succulent, as are almost menu items to boot. Was on the way to a Fast Food Resturaunt as we drove past this place. Decided to dive in and give it a go & have a ‘Proper sit down meal’ Wasn’t disappointed! The servers were polite & efficient. When the food arrived (we obviously ordered burgers as that’s what we had the taste for) the burgers (Bacon Cheeseburgers) were proper Units! They’re some big burgers! The bacon was thick, smoked & crispy, not the usual floppy part cooked taff. Well cooked & really tasty! The Cheese & Jalapeno doughnuts are to die for! They’re lush!
