Nando’s in Rochdale town centre is located in the Riverside complex; it’s a pretty good Nando’s. I’ve visited here a couple of times now, and the majority of my experiences have been done. I most recently visited to try out their new menu. Despite the restaurant being very busy due to a football event in the town centre, they did a good job of delivering good standards with their food. I particularly like the interior of this location, it’s bright, modern and colourful, with lots of comfortable seating. I was slightly disappointed by the service. I had to wait a little bit to be acknowledged

I had reservations with Nandos. Pleasant surprise. Food is very good for a chain restaurant. I must say the boneles chicken thighs were excellent and the pastel de nata is just divine.

Absolutely disappointed I normally go to this branch every 1/2 months as a little treat for my family unfortunately the service was bad for the first time, we walked in to no one attending to us at the door and sat down. We waited for about 5 mins then I asked my neice to go to the till to ask if we could sit down, as the host didn’t attend to us. When we sat down she (the host) came over with the menu and asked if we’ve been before I stated yes and she left the menu with us. I was obviously a little put off at this. As usually the staff will come over and seat you down etc. I placed my order

I usually love Nando’s and it’s always my first choice when eating out because it’s tasty and healthy. But my experience at the Rochdale branch was really disappointing. The food was cold and stale — the chips were hard, and the corn was so dry it wasn’t even edible. I couldn’t eat it at all. It’s actually the second time I’ve had a bad experience here. I really hope the management improves this branch, because I genuinely love Nando’s and don’t want to be disappointed again
