I've been coming to Ciao Bella in Romford for years, and Luciano is one of the main reasons I keep returning. He is always so welcoming, professional, and an absolute credit to the restaurant. It's genuinely a pleasure to see him every time I visit. The food is consistently beautiful, the atmosphere is fantastic, and Luciano's excellent service makes every meal feel special. Just the five of us on this occasion, and all ladies. I’d not been to a Ciao Bella for over 20 years, so no idea what to expect, but was thinking it would be like most restaurant chains, with average prices and small portions. How wrong I was! I love this place! I recently came here with a friend and will definitely make this our new regular dinner spot. Service was amazing - there was always someone around to wait on you but they didn't hover or keep bothering us. When I finished my pizza but left some, the guy offered me a takeaway box without even having to ask, so now I'm enjoying it the next day 😁 The pizza was soooo delicious My friend and I shared the Bombolini but it was a huge portion - enough for 4 people I would say. The cocktails were moreish too 10/10 would recommend
