Great food and exceptional service – our 3rd visit! We visited Akbar’s in Rotherham for the third time as a family, and it was just as amazing as the previous visits. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. A special shout-out to Raja, who looked after us really well and made our evening very enjoyable. Another highlight was the family naan bread—it was cooked perfectly and wasn’t too greasy at all, which is exactly how we like it. We will definitely be back again soon. Highly recommended for a great family meal out!

I came with a group of friends and above the food and almosphere the service we received from the young gentleman was exceptional. He went above and beyond to treat us with kindness, and with a smile, and his great character made the whole experience a pleasure. Abu Bakr deserves recognigion for his great customer service. Its the first time that we all wanted to tip a waiter without hesitation. Abu Bakr was reluctant to take a tip which he truly deserves. It’s honestly incredible! My husband and I have been visiting Akbar’s in Rotherham almost weekly lately — we just can’t stay away. It’s become a real craving for us. The food was brilliant as always. But I wanted to come on here to thank my waiter Husnain who went over and above what would be considered excellent service. He recommended a new dish (Charsi Lamb, try it) which was outstanding, helped my 2 boys find a dish to match their tolerance to spice (both loved their dish) and came over with takeout dishes without prompting. I love the restaurant anyway but tonight was extra good so I just wanted to take the time to express my gratitude 👏
