I was visiting the UK and I must say, I was really impressed by the service men and women at cafe nero and found them amazing. I guess one also needs to treat humans for what they are, with respect and dignity. I have seen them treat me with kindness whether I am the only person or in a long queue, they have done their service with the utmost honesty. I wish them well and hope they continue their merry ways. There is ample seating capacity both inside and out and they have different rates for sit in vs a take away cup. Now to the star of the show, the honey oat latte is a complete winner. I

Big coffee shop with lots of seating and yet has ONE toilet to share between all customers both male and female. (And we all know men's aim is spot on don't we ladies). Disgusting services for customers I've seen better services/ conditions in bus stations!! You're meant to be a nice brand!

The staff don’t look happy at all; they never smile and they look at you as if to say, “why did you even come?”. The woman clearing the tables is incredibly unfriendly and doesn’t smile at all. ( Bloody with glasses, tall and slim lady)

This is our go to coffee shop. Love the coffee and all the staff are amazing . Needs some serious investment in the store . it’s so tired now, looks dirty but the staff can only do so much with old and tired furniture. Toilets is horrible too! Come on Nero and get this store refurbished, so the store then reflects the service . Well done to Shane and his team
