Staff were amazing, our pastry’s were amazing only issue was the hygiene of the mugs and tea pot, one of our mugs had a bit of something in it but was able to come off when scratched but both of our tea pots were stained it was easy to clean off with spoon but mine was dirty all inside and my friends was half dirty. Otherwise amazing!

Food is normally consistent here. But this morning they BUTCHERED my breakfast warp. Looks like someone threw it at a wall after cooking it. Sauasage fell out, ketchup spilt, and the bacon was flopping out. Honestly really disappointed. I didnt mention it to anyone so I can't say they handled anything poorly as I dont know. But the initial experience was confusing

Pretty standard Costa compared to other branches. Quite a few reviews saying it was dirty. We visited just after lunchtime during the week and it was busy but our table was clean. We had a hot chocolate with marshmallows and latte - all similar to other branches. Lack of any comfortable sofas/chairs. I know most branches don’t have much of this type of seating but they usually have 1-2 tables with a sofa/soft chairs. Staff efficient.

Unfortunately our experience today was not great as our table happened to be quite wobbly and when another customer with a buggy passed by, our water bottle spilled over one of us. We did not make a fuss, just asked for another bottle but were refused and were told briskly that “it was our fault”. The way we were treated left us all with a bitter taste in our mouth.
