I ilke the staff, food coffees are my fav, but there is something absolutely disgusting about this place in last 3,4 weeks…. The tables- absolutely disgraceful, disgusting sticky even after bringing my own wipes to clean them properly they still not clean… it’s about time to change the tables in this coffee shop… clothes cups everything just stick to them

Staff are really helpful, there are normally places to sit. The tables are the annoying kind with the poll in the middle. The set up is a little odd but that is due to the building. Can go by your self without a carer. Guide dog friendly.

My local Costa, all the baristas are lovely and very friendly. Definitely have to deal with some very difficult customers who either don't listen or don't read! Staff are very professional when it comes to dealing with everything that is thrown at them and are supported very well by the Manager. Always get top notch service in this branch and always look forward to going back!
