We went to harvester for Mother’s Day which as you can imagine was very busy. Despite this our server Shadi not only ensured that all our needs were met but she went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. She was extremely friendly and attentive while making sure we got the best deal. I was fasting for lent and she was very accommodating for this making sure my meal to go was ready and wrapped for me as well as still checking I was alright , I really appreciated this inclusivity. Our waitress Hayley was absolutely amazing, she was so kind and caring and attentive to us! We had her towards the end of her 13 hour shift and u wouldn’t know she had been working all day, she was helpful to all her customers and handeled everything so well!! She deserves a raise !!! First time here and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The food on the other hand was awful. Neither of us finished the plates as even with 30 degree weather it was all cold and soggy. For the price you pay the food could’ve been a lot better. The steak was cold, and very tough, the burger was soggy and completely fell apart. However if going in just for a drink or to sit outside then that would be more ideal! The parking is not great for disabled people. There was two and for parent and child bays almost triple that. Accessibility wise it could’ve been better.
