This is, hands-down, the worst Caffè Nero I’ve ever visited. And I visit many. I travel a lot, so frequent Caffè Nero as I find it the most consistent high-street coffee chain with the best coffee. This location did not meet that expectation to any degree. The coffee itself was watered down and missing the syrup I had requested, but my primary concerns are the attitudes and responsibility of the staff. On the date I visited, upon entering the two ladies begin the counter were laughing at a customer right in front of him. It had appeared to me that the gent had gotten confused about something

This place really lets Nero down. I visit others all the time and I'm a regular customer. As high street coffee shops go Nero serve the best coffee! But this Sale branch is grubby, tired and the customer service is below average. It needs an overhaul. As compared to Jackelope and Blanchflower it's miles behind!

Always a very nice place for a coffee and something to eat.well located in a central location close to the shops and public transport.th food and drinks always tastes good and the staff are brilliant.id definitely recommend this place
