Big M&S with a super new food area, lots of choice, a large (self service) cafe, parking, good location, an opticians and foreign currency all under one (large) roof plus a Tesco Extra next door. Toilets are available in a far corner near kids clothes fairly near to the cafe. It can get busy at peak times, particularly the food hall.

I used to love this shop, especially during Covid-time but since then unfortunately is going down and down. I now prefer Southampton store with lovely customer service and healthy sizes. The Sandhurst store totally changed the outlay of the store: moved walls in a way that it is forcing customers closer together instead having space to move around. Lots of fitting rooms have disappeared and there is always some renovations going on, now outside by the trolley bay.

Massive M&S Store, only went in to buy a pair of men’s Black lace up dress shoes. Unfortunately the selection was poor, and there were no half sizes. However as a store it’s unbeatable and I will be back.
