We visit every time we come to Scarborough and this restaurant never disappoints. Though this time the food was the best we have had yet. It came out very quick, the portions were huge, it was delicious and the prices were more than reasonable! Additionally, the service we got from Oliver was amazing. He was so lovely, helpful and efficient. Couldn't recommend more.

A perfect place for an Italian, We stopped here for a bite to eat before david grey at the Open Air theatre. The perfect Italian. The food was stunning and the manager Charles was lovely and very caring. I will definitely be back.

I have been to Tricolos several times in recent weeks and it has been consistently very good and thoroughly enjoyable. Staff are friendly and the food is delicious, served promptly. Great choice of wine too. There was live music ( a soloist) which created the perfect atmosphere with her melodious voice in the background. Really good. Would highly recommend.

No heating in the restaurant, it was freezing. The staff told us that the owner refused to heat the place adequately because of the cost of energy bills. The food was not good. Mussels floating in oil and tomato sauce. The seafood spaghetti had 3 prawns, 4 mussels and 1 piece of calamari, again floating in oil and tasteless tomato sauce. My husband ordered calzone, the wrong one was given to him. It looked huge until he realised that 3 inches at either end had no filling. The filling was barely edible. The meal cost £75 including a bottle of house red. Complete waste of money. Steer clear.
