I visited on a Saturday night for a few drinks, and the venue was very quiet with hardly anyone there. After looking at the menu, I decided to order a pitcher, which was shown as full in the menu image. However, when it was served, the jug was not even a quarter full. I asked if it could be filled without ice and closer to the level shown on the menu. I was told this wasn’t possible due to measurements being used. At that point, another staff member intervened and stated that neither he nor his colleague cared how full it was and mentioned he only had ten minutes left of his shift. I was shock

Went tonight with friends for our regular meal and drinks. Ordered 2 pints and a bottle of wine for the ladies. Looked at the menu and went to order the food but was told that the kitchen had closed early. It was only 7.20pm. This has happened to us 3 times now. Will not be going back again they obviously don't believe in customer service. Went up to the Brown Cow. Loads of atmosphere, quick service and a great meal.

Went in today with my 2 daughters for the mothers day brunch.Think it was first time they'd tried it out.90 minutes for food and unlimited drinks. Was well worth the money. Food was lovley , Staff was really helpfull and friendly. Kept coming to check if we was ready for another drink. would defanatly do it again. 😊
