Order placed at 7pm, still not received it at 20 past 10. There is absolutely no way on earth the building is so busy they haven’t had time to make an order in over 3 hours. Justeat courier said staff were rude and unhelpful when they asked how much longer it would be. I have called the store phone literally 70 times and nothing. If there is a single brain cell amongst that entire staff force I will be genuinely surprised. If they have that little time, they should have cancelled the order on their end because now I can’t without getting charged the full amount for food I am never going to get

We was sat in the car park for 30 mins plus then I went in for a refund a young manager approached me and he was useless he walked away from me and left me stood there for about 15 to 20 minuits then a young lady come to me and said here is your food I said I would like a refund please she abruptly said you have the food or a. Refund I said I don’t want the food just a refund please she was absolutely abrupt and rude. I have never seen clueless rude people like it in my life then a young lad called Theo come to me and he helped me and got the job done within seconds so why was I sat for 30 mi

Was good here today, fast table service with smiles from all staff, very clean, clearly organised, even brought my sugars without the need to ask, I bet there not meant to do this but I thought it showed thought and efficiency. No parking restrictions that I could see. Grub was very tasty.

Stone cold, missing items, over 30 minute wait and inedible. Staff unwilling to help as ordered on the app and we should have ‘checked the order before we drove away’. The bag was OVERFLOWING. Asked for a burger without a bun and with extras because I’m celiac and they ignored everything and brought with bun and no extras. REFUSED TO REMAKE OR REFUND BECAUSE I ‘ordered on the app’. I provided evidence and they said well we do ‘check everything’. Honestly ridiculous. I’m making a formal complaint but not through the official app channels because that’s not even working!!!
