Finally got out of the house and visited this Caffè Nero; didn’t realise there were so many around town, but I stopped by this one for my usual drink. You already know what it was; had to order the Caramel and Espresso Frappe without cream (it’s bad how this is the only drink I ever try every time I’m here 🤭) As soon as I came in, I was greeted with warm welcomes from the friendly staff, and they got my drink ready straight away. Visited cafe nero for a change. I won't lie, this isn't my favourite coffee chain, but that's my personal preference. I find the coffee tastes more burnt than anywhere else. I got Brazilian coffee and I didn't know it was a 40p upgrade. It can have some nice seasonal drinks and they have a reward stamp card. For me though, it will do if I'm desperate. Staff though are very lovely

We went there to have coffee and cake. We went to the toilet and then we came back they cleaned everything away. Nice coffee but poor service and customer assistance

Very disappointing experience at Caffè Nero. The seating and chairs were extremely dirty and stained, making the café feel neglected and unhygienic. Cleanliness should be a basic standard in any coffee shop. I won’t be returning unless standards improve
