It's a bit pricey. Didn't feel very welcome in there. Felt as if me and my partner were looked down on. The cashier wasnt friendly. I asked if I could setup a Waitrose card in store and the cashier said it wasn't possible. I tried anyway and it only took 30seconds. Seems like she wanted the riff raff out of the shop. Only went in to get some cheese. Also the person on the deli counter didn't know how old the comté was. Just sort of ushered us away from the counter.

Horrible return service. They never scanned my parcel of John Lewis in the return counter and made a total mess . I am chasing John Lewis now because there is no confirmation receipt from these guys . Be careful and don't use their return service they are big cheats
