Shocking! The food was ok but service was slow and not great. They had new starters who didn’t know what they were doing which is fine and understandable but the experience staff also were not great. Slow service and promise a service but then disappear - for example asking for cutlery. Had to wait like 6-7 min at entrance to be seated and nobody to greet us and they were not even busy at the time we visited. Had to walk in and look for staff. Other customers had the same issue. Very nice calm ambiance and amazing friendly staffs. Particularly Fathy the gentleman man that served us was funny and make our visit here pleasant. The price is decent compared to most places I’ve been to for afternoon tea. I enjoyed the sharing platter and would definitely visit again.
