George's Cafe is a utilitarian and functional breakfast joint and diner. George's is not going for an frills or niceties or anything in between. They don't pretend to be something else but just focus on servicing you a hearty breakfast and food. It is an everyday joint for the locals. We went to George's because we could not find anywhere else to taste the black pudding (blood sausages). And at George's, they have it prominently as a protein add on.
