Extremally busy branch in rush hours, I wouldn't recommend visiting that time. Long waiting time and lots of people around. Food was ok, cheeseburger a little below from what I'd expect from Mc. Service was rushing and props for that lady on the first line handing so many orders. Not bad in terms of cleanness considering how big footprint they have there.

Please retrain your staff or hire new people. Most of the time my burger is built like this or missing a bun. Plus your staff lack customer service skills, I dont blame them only the managers who train them. PLEASE DO BETTER.

I had a very upsetting experience at McDonald’s Shepherd’s Bush involving the manager, Kamall. Before entering, I specifically asked a young member of staff at the door if I could come in with my dog, Oscar, and she agreed. I should not have to publicly explain my mental health or personal circumstances just to enter a restaurant peacefully. A few moments later, the manager, Kamall, approached aggressively and started shouting at me to go outside and wait there, without first asking any questions or trying to understand the situation. Everytime I come in here, I have sweet and wholesome interactions with the staff. Tonight I went in to order some fries but quickly changed my mind and Mo came out and soft heartedly offered to get me food. I think this was this sweetest thing ever and the man has a heart of gold. Amazing service once again !
