Elizabeth Opperman★★Today as I was walking through the cafe a member of staff was restocking the cakes. Unfortunately she picked up each cake and placed on the plates without wearing gloves!! Or using the tongs I'm sure that health and safety would have something to say if they'd seen that
Andy Jordan★On a visit today my wife and I decided to have some lunch in the upstairs restaurant. What a disappointment. The place was filthy. Tables unclean, trays not wiped and to top it all off 20 minutes to warm up a toasty. The toilets looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for a week, disgusting. As a resident of Shrewsbury it is sad that i will not be eating there again
