Absolutely love Sentado Lounge 💛 They recently hosted our Beginners2Runners cheese, wine & quiz night and were incredible from start to finish. They gave us space for 60 people, along with cheese, wine and soft drinks, which meant we could raise as much as possible for charity - we ended up raising £1,170 on the night. Positive experience: came on Sunday evening was clam quite not busy at all. Has section with toys and books for little ones. Ordered tacos for missus, kids beef burger for little one and for myself haloumi burger large portions total about £35 not cheapest but worth the clean tables, neat tidy environment toilets very clean too good hygiene standard. This place opened about five years ago now, part of the newish development opposite the station, sitting underneath the Travelodge – it was a real bonus when it opened, somewhere different to get food and drink. Five years on, it remains good quality and well worth a visit for food. It never seems to have suffered a drop in quality in that time, which is rare. Not really a pub or a restaurant, I’d say it’s more akin to a café that serves beer, given the hours it’s open and general atmosphere. Very European.
