Extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Today I went into the restaurant and purchased food for takeaway, and the flatbread I received was completely inedible. Both my husband and I took one bite and had to spit it out immediately. The quality was far below any acceptable standard. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Food at this location is often served without freshness, and on many occasions I’ve had to return items just to receive something edible. By far, the worst McDonald's in the UK. Waited over 20 minutes for a singular happy meal. When asking them where it was, they pulled it from behind them, which was stone cold. Our food was ready but noone there had the common sense to hand ready food to paying customers. When I told the shift runner, he just scoffed and walked away. If your store is understaffed, that says a lot about management.

I personally said no bacon and they did no egg! Please see the attached picture where I clearly mentioned without bacon And they put the bacon!!! Worst experience ever!!! And noo egg who would eat it like this!!

It os disappointing to see the staff pickup the food without even using a glow or thongs. Hygiene is questionable when people use bare hands to pick items to make burger.
