Was...a very popular pub when it was THE HOGS HEAD. sadly whoever is at the helm now, has no direction or Idea in bringing back the good old days. Absolutely no "wow" factor & let's stay the night. It's ...I pass and go to the swan next door or O'Neil's or the masons arms. If you're after good service and food... Walk on by & put your cash in someone's else's til. They are totally on borrowed time.

Stopped of for a drink and a bite to eat before seeing a show at The Core. Had the warm steak baguette and chips and all I can say is it was well worth the money 😁 steak was tender and the chips were lovely and crispy. To top it off the beers was good as well, will definitely be back 👍
